BWRT® - Brain Working Recursive Therapy

BWRT® and/or the Institute of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy: ‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at

Personal problems, fears, anxieties, even severe difficulties that have lasted for years can melt away almost as if by magic, and often in just a single session when working with a professionally registered BWRT®Practitioner. The therapy can even be carried out via the internet, so a lack of confidence, feelings of awkwardness or tight schedules need not be an obstacle to improving your life.

BWRT® produces  speedy results, that works very well for many problems. So far it has proven phenomenally helpful with all of those issues listed below: BWRT® is having extraordinary results. My clients have experienced breakthroughs with many stubborn long-standing issues.

  • Fears
  • Phobias
  • GAD - generalised anxiety disorder
  • Motivation
  • Procrastination
  • Grief
  • Loneliness
  • Anger issues
  • Blushing
  • Performance anxiety
BWRT® Level 1 is a particularly useful therapy when working with difficult to talk about problems. You are not asked to give deeply personal details to the therapist (me) unless of course, you want to, no pressure will be applied to divulge more than you want to. Plus I want to reiterate that you the client, remain completely in control at all times.

BWRT® Level 2 works in a slightly different way, but during your Initial Consultation, I can be clearer about which treatment best suits your needs.

For an informal discussion about choosing your therapy, why not call me and we can book an Initial Consultation to talk more about your particular problem and then together we can tailor a treatment plan that is just right for you.

If you have a problem that causes you embarrassment, then why not try a Skype session instead?
